The exact warranty period for each product is shown on its product page. Physical damage and liquid damage caused after delivery are not covered.

Deliveries inside Biratnagar are usually same day, Itahari and Dharan same day to next day, Kathmandu Valley and Chitwan typically one to two working days, and Pokhara, Butwal and western districts usually two to three working days. Cash on delivery is available on most routes.
